and because we are in the top 10 we qualify for a share of £26 million which the government is allocating for regeneration, lets hope HBC get their act together and get in there before it disappears

WOO HOO yipppeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee well done OUR BRILLANT COUNCIL for getting us to the top of a list at last we are within the top 10................ oh sorry wrong list  :'(
you couldn't make this stuff up, now our council is moaning that we are on such a list, ermm highest council tax's who can afford to keep their homes in 100% condition... but who do these people ask, i think this study is a bit wrong we are not all that bad...........
