There's a particularly nasty virus doing the rounds at the moment so I would suggest you run the update feature of whatever anti-virus software you are using a.s.a.p.

If you don't have anti-virus software installed then:

a) You're crazy
b) You can download the free version of AVG here:

Make sure you check the BASIC option when it starts to install.
