Well at least this will save me travelling to Teesside Park. I assume this will be heading for the Marina though they don't seem to be giving anything away as yet.

There will be good and bad on any location.
Different food so will be good. However for any of the Italian type restaurants, they may worry.
Funny though as just having more choice may make people eat out in other venues too.

It can only be a good thing because Frankie's is a big name and in a way if gives extra recognition to the area. It's welcome good news, I reckon. Now all we need are the jobs to provide the income to help support it. Jobs, Jobs, Jobs - it's the only real answer to many of the town's ills.
