just been through it this morning apart from resurfacing it
and sticking a crossing in its just the same

anybody with any sense would have moved the lights on Wooler road back to before Elwick road new set of lights on Elwick road
4-way junction
I'm sure it could have easily been done: :)
A councillor is an elected representative of their ward, not their political party!
Councils need communities but communities don't need councils
Party politics have no place in local goverment
