Marginally more disgusting than HBC taking on 10 'Apprentice Street Cleaners' for 12 months, nothing more than cheap labour with no real prospects at the end of the 12 months, how a Labour council can dress this 'employment opportunity' up as an apprenticeship is stretching the imagination even for The LabMob.
