This has got to be some sort of p**s-take.

Cranney crosses the council chamber and threatens another councillor and has to be restrained by the Deputy Chief Executive who later suffers a total memory loss when asked why he thought it had been necessary. Then there's the Chief Executive himself, stood at the front with a bird's-eye view, who claimed 'not to have seen anything.'

A PR exercise from a totally dysfunctional local authority - nothing else.
