This annual stunt probably does more good for Hartlepool's image across the UK than anything coming out of the Civic Centre.

Pity about that blokes fat ar** though  :o

Diplomacy is the ability to tell someone to go to hell in such a way that they look forward to the trip.

Doing more than the Civic Centre for the town's image isn't hard, even Boris Johnson does more for Hartlepool than our leaders.
