We don't have a hospital anymore

I hear that our hospital has been renamed as the Holdforth Unit.

Has anybody noticed the title change on the boards? Or anywhere else for that matter.

I gather it is going to be officially announced tomorrow, 22nd.

Is it a case of naively assuming that by changing the name, you are breaking the association of people with what they regard as their hospital.........? ...another cack handed step in seperating us from what  we regard as our hospital and get us to think of North Tees as the only hospital......... so, the salami slicing continues....?
