Well I can safely say it's definitely none of the above for me in the De Brus ward.

Really, James

5 Candidates who I doubt you know anything at all about yet you're so ready to dismiss all of them in an instant. All 5 have one thing in common in that they all, in their own way, care enough to want to do something for the town. Whereas you choose to play safe sitting on the side-lines sniping.

You're no loss.

It's unlikely that there'll ever be a political grouping called 'The A-R-S-E-H-O-L-E Party', so it's equally unlikely that you'll ever see a party with which you can feel some connection.

I'm tempted to vote for Sandra Belcher just to attend all of her ward surgeries asking difficult questions.

I've met two of the five and had a several protracted debates with Jo Banks on the PHF Facebook page before they banned me.

I lived next door to relatives of one of the two I've met.

The other two are UKIP (BNP in disguise) and the other is a Tory (nuff said).

From what I hear he can only stand when propped up by a bar.

Can any of the PHF please explain to me the thinking behind having a Hart Ward resident stand in De Brus and another member from outside of Hart standing for Hart?

I don't represent PHF, (or anyone for that matter) Pensionater, but as an average bloke living in Hartlepool, I can tell you I don't want a traveller site in Hart, West View, Owton Manor, Central, or indeed anywhere in the town..........

No one deserves to have the feckers dumped on them.

The town has enough troubles as it is without creating more, and that's all this site will bring, wherever its located.

A better question would be: Should PHF get it's candidates into both Hart and De Brus and it was thrust upon them that a gypsy site must be placed in the town in either Hart or De Brus ward, which ward it would end up in.

Also would appreciate a point of view from anyone in PHF on my question about Hart ward resident Jo Banks being stood in De Brus and non-Hart ward resident David Riddle being standing in Hart.

The obvious thing to me is the site is for travellers who already already live in the town but want to live in a caravan instead of a perfectly good house

Let them put a caravan I their garden job sorted

Agree with that.

Though the real issue with the last expensive charade was the SCABS ignoring their consultation and recommendations and choosing Hart to protect the vote on Manor getting Barclay elected.

Had they chosen better than Angie first time around they wouldn't have played around with the Gypsy thing to sacrifice Hart while protecting a core ward.
