How come we now have a council spokesman defending decisions made by councillors? Shouldn't they be made answerable for their own decisions?

Council officers are paid by taxpayers - let labour pay for their own spin merchants.

I suppose that when you are exposed daily to people seeing "visions"; people who have limited intellegence but who fervently believe their own dogma; the same people who you know will viciously cut you down if you raise any sort of query, you will, in time, have your integrety eroded and you will fall into line and accept you are living / working in bedlam; that eventually black becomes white and the sun rises in the west. You go along with it; if for no other reason than to protect your own sanity. Or you leave!

The SCABs, MD, Cranny etc are merchants of the "lowest common denominator" and they are dragging everything around them down to their level. When everyone is covered in sh1t no one is going to point and say your running a dirty operation. Eureka, because they did not have the brains to plan it, it just kind of happened, get enough toxic personalities in one place and no one is comming out clean. Such a pity, Hartlepool deserves better
