The yellow peril

Appearing all the way both sides of Coronation Drive, nice double yellow lines. It looks like it's pay to park in Seaton or nothing. Whose idea was this, officers or councillors?
If this is a trial, there's been a lot of expenditure for nothing, I suspect naturally it's a permanent arrangement.
What can be asserted without proof,
can be dismissed without proof.

i hope they used the correct shade of yellow

don't want porky CAB having another hissy fit  ::)
A councillor is an elected representative of their ward, not their political party!
Councils need communities but communities don't need councils
Party politics have no place in local goverment

There's  no acceptable shade of yellow on double lines, so that could  be just a tad problematic.
What can be asserted without proof,
can be dismissed without proof.
