Here we go again the former Mayor Stuart Drummond's Clean Sweep Initiative made over to keep all of the potential Labour voters happy by showing Labour Councillors doing an excellent job. Urgh!

Seriously though we are aware of the same minority who make lives hell for decent respectable folk with their anti-social behaviour. drug using / dealing. dog fouling. littering in every part of the town.

Never fear the bastions of law & order are there to put things right, well for one day of the year at least BUT there are 364 other days we have to put up with it.

The Hartlepool Mail is becoming more like the Dandy or should that be the Beano?
