Title: Crime cut in Hartlepool
Post by: tankerville on April 08, 2013, 01: PM
Last weeks MAIL Barry Coppinger flanked on both sides by police officers extolling the recent crime reduction in Hartlepool.

I replied in some detail saying it was not so, and just what I thought and of Cleveland Police.

Clicked on to see if it was there and yes it was 'in full' when I next logged on to see if anyone agreed or dis-agreed with my comments.

I found the article had suddenly vanished along with my reply.

So much for Freedom of speech.

Yes I agree. The Mail does seem to censor anti-Labour/establishment adverse comments.

Mind you, it is better than BBC local news which just ignores us and local politics altogether.

Well.............I have noticed that the links to newspaper articles given at the foot of the BBC Tees News page always link at least one story from each local newspaper. It seems there is a policy of giving each publication a mention even when, as in our case, the paper is shi*te!
