It was never gonna happen. These people suffer from mental saddle sores and delusions of adequacy.
I class these things as 'fetch boy' distractions like throwing a ball for a dog. They catch the attention of a the dimmer part of the electoral spectrum by coming up with ever more grand crackpot visions to impress.
While they're offering the moon, no one notices the town becoming a backwater.
It's just a huge time buying distraction and when it never appears it'll be quietly buried or government cuts to blame.
If Corbyn gets elected they'll be shafted, excuse out of window.
