What utter nonsense. I heard on the news that the estimated cost of this, if it ever happens, will be around £15bn. When you compare that with the £15m a year that the Tees Valley crown get so orgasmic about it adds a little perspective.

Add to that the fact they won't add any additional routes until 2021 at the earliest and the runway won't be opened until atleast 2025, I don't see how it will kick start their Tees Valley dreams,unless they don't plan on doing anything for the next 4-5 years....
