That said I don't know of any local 'business' (or the Council) that does not avail themselves of the services of very dangerous criminal who made his money dealing in drugs/breaking legs in another area  and then came home to be lauded as a local hero. If you have an unpaid debt have a quite word with the owner and he will call in a favour and send a local pugilist round to threaten your debtor.
