Nigel Farage has moaned he is "poor" despite his £85,000-a-year salary and dismissed UKIP as "second-rate people I would never have a drink with."
In an extraordinary interview on life after UKIP, the self-styled 'man of the people' said he wishes he had 'real money' like his millionaire City pals and ridiculed his old party colleagues.
"I am having a great time. I am not having to deal with low-grade people every day," Mr Farage sneered.
"I don't have to spend my life dealing with people I would never have a drink with, who I would never employ and who use me as a vehicle for their own self-promotion."
After years of describing UKIP as an 'upstart' party, Mr Farage suggested it has now become just another Westminster vehicle like all the others.
"There are a lot of great people in UKIP. The problem is UKIP has become a bit like the other parties - people view it as a means to get elected," he said.



Also see here where Farage spouts about people who come into a country and don't learn the language (meaning foreigners who come to the UK) and is humiliated when the caller points out he has lived in Europe for over 20 years and never bothered to learn French or German. Absolute classic example of his  hypocrisy!
