Read the article in the Mail tonight, I noted the comment of the Hartlepool and Stockton clinical commissioning group...'The CCG is aware of the depth of feeling in the town in relation to local services and continue to be committed to working with local people and the borough council to design and deliver services as close  to home as possible where this is clinically safe and effeftive to do so' which means what..? That sounds to me as offering low risk minor services. Nothing at all about a return of services to our hospital, just fine  but irrelevant words.
