Interesting development over on HBC's web page in that individual councillors interests now include a series of Excel logs of when each declared an interest at a particular meeting. The info is incomplete and still too vague and failure to keep their ROI up to date is still rife - and yes this is a criminal offence but it IS HBC we're talking about were criminal offences are reduced to 50 shades of grey.
