I am assuming if she was she wouldn't have taken him to a tribunal. Does seem odd they were sharing a flat together and she remained whilst being subjected to this "behaviour" however as this could possibly result in a legal case I will say no more there other than if I was a defence barrister I would destroy her in the witness box.

It's got more twists than a cheap Albanian soap opera. The hard part is working out the convoluted plot and the Tribunal's decision not to uphold her complaints about disability discrimination and whistleblowing....whatever they were.
