I am not saying that there is nothing to the allegations.
I'm asking why the appropriate services haven't taken action...if there is any truth in the allegations.

The point being; If action hasn't been taken by now, despite the numerous allegations, it would appear action is not going to be taken at all. 

Repeating the same allegations over and over won't bring action.

I,m not a political person but do councillors vote the way they want or the way the leader tells them. if they vote the way the leader tells them whats the point of them being a councillor.
