Title: Another Labour councillor departs from Hart.

Ann Johnson (Labour Councillor for the Hart Ward) has resigned as of yesterday. Must be something in the air there that doesn't suit Labour as she's not the first.

Maybe you missed an earlier Hart Ward 'resignation?
