Last Friday in the Borough Hall.

HBC pain themselves letting it be known that this event comes at no cost to the taxpayer - sponsored by Niramax evidently. No doubt the Press Release detailing award winners is already being prepared. I'm sure people can think of a few missing 'Categories' of their own.
Diplomacy is the ability to tell someone to go to hell in such a way that they look forward to the trip.

I am certain it will be a well attended night with some worthy winners providing examples of the ideals of selfless public service. (Wonder if this will be allowed through moderation ;) )
