After reading Fosters letter....is this just a further delay..... while the skeleton of Wynyard is waved in the background to give the ludicrous impression there's still life in 'the hospital that never was' project ........... so we're still in limbo....actually nowts changed...maybe when the shell of the General blows down in a strong wind they'll tell us the Wynyard dream is finally over....?
