ah ...... Wynyard Homes. It's amazing how many of these developers can be linked together.

The houses are suposed to be in line with the architecture of Coniscliffe Road, but as no two houses are the same in that road, its not possible. The houses being built are very small and if they had been built in Bishops Cuthbert the asking price woud be £100,000 to £150,000 cheaper, but of course thats why they were built where they are.
