...and what does he actually know regarding chemical processing?  Or anything related, come to that?  Has he actually worked on a chemical plant?  Does he have a degree (for what it's worth!) in process plant operations?  Does he know the difference between a Benzene ring and a doughnut ring?  What it does show (to me) is that if you can bull$hIt enough, then you can get yourself a job that you have no FOOkIn clue about...bit like the Labour clownsillors on Hartlepool Clouncil!
