Looking at the Political Sites links from the Front Page of the Hartlepool Post, the only party I can see with a list of wants for the local area is PHF, with all the other links going to the National Sites. 

Are there any other links that can get me to the local sites for Labour, Local Conservatives or UKIP that, as PHF, list local wants - or a Hartlepool bespoke manifesto?
