I don't suppose we will ever get to know the circumstances behind the decision to demolish The Big Tin Shed ( same with the abandoned town plan), but the deed is done, It's seems to me the LabTor Mob are unable to learn one of human kinds basic rules....... To learn from our mistakes.

Maybe that should take a leaf out of a Socialist book

To be added to the rising number of empty sites around Hartlepool , with planning ,demolished and mostly cleared. It's interesting to follow the paper trail that had Wells fully supporting.

Tunstall Court, Brus Arms ,King Oswy , Woodcutter , Oxford Street, Jacksons Landing,Friary.

I agree with you with the exception of the friary site. I'd rather it was left alone as God knows what architectural banality would be deposited on such a special site.
