Does the Guinness Book of Records have Hartlepol General recorded as the worlds most unsafe building? The reason I ask is because it seems eveytime another service is lost, the word 'safety' pops up. Should the people using the building be warned ?
What can be asserted without proof,
can be dismissed without proof.
