Gunpowder, Treason and Plot.
I see no reason why Gunpowder Treason
Should ever be forgot."

The council are very aggresive about taking over empty house. Once you come to their attention every deprtment in the Council target you for infractions. The Council Tax Department run the scam and all other branches have to do their bidding. Hartlepool are the worst council by far for  running you into debt and then taking out charging orders on your house.
