It's even more obvious if you flip it Left to Right



It's Salford waterfront and apart from the big wheel being missing it bears a uncanny resemblance to the Hartlepool 'Vision' artists impression.  It makes one wonder if HBC has shelled out for some whizz kid to do a quick cut and paste.
