A change of direction

Now that there is no longer a bus service operational in Park Road is it not time for the removal of the Bus only restriction imposed?

It would certainly make sense to have a free flow of traffic now that H.B.C. are intent on making nearly every street / road 20 mph.

Maybe also a rethink opening some of these streets / roads presently closed  to traffic.
