On my daily walk I noticed that the gardens in Claremont Apartments (Mam & Dad Aker Belkers abode)were getting maintained by two guys. I was wondering if it was council workers or do they pay a maintenance charge. Our grass verge and pavement haven't been tidied up by the council this year or last year, I am doing it myself now.
The grass verges in my street got done about a week ago, which was the first time this year. So they do appear to be getting back to some sort of maintenance schedule, but it's likely to be patchy.
I have noticed other areas that have had theirs done, but also plenty of places that appear not to have....
I think THIRTEEN own them ?

Couldn't they kill two birds with one stone and just put them out to graze on the grass...?
