when did the council buy the wesley and at what price ????
A councillor is an elected representative of their ward, not their political party!

Didn't central government offer a grant which was administered by HBC?

   Sold for 200k I believe, I would have paid more but it was sold by private treaty.

   That's defo a bit dodgy !

unless its had a lot of work done last time i worked on the site it was falling to bits  :o
