I wonder if the last council video was shown in full, or did some judicious editing take place again.

You may notice the emphasis on how to explain the 3.9% CT rise to the public. We've already seen one inept attempt on their spin - expect more.

You can also email democratic.services@hartlepool.gov.uk with questions too.  I think you have missed the boat for Thursday's meeting though.  A full week is obviously needed to get a council officer to prepare an answer for them to read out.  Not to mention numerous responses to likely points raised by the opposition, as we know they are incapable of thinking for themselves.

I couldn't make the meeting on Thursday so I decided to watch the video... 20 minutes of my life I'll never get back    What was the point??

Main observation....I wish the chief solicitor would explain things a little more clearly.  Why does he feel the need to use 20 sentences when 2 will do??
