Our glorious leader, Stephen Akers-Belcher, is holding a "celebration" service in St Hilda's Church on 13th January 2012 (sic).

This Service is open to the local community and the people of Hartlepool to celebrate his Civic Year in office and in celebration of what our local Council does for the town. 

After the Service, the Chairman would like you to join him at the rear of the Church for drinks and light refreshments.

This round is on me and you and any council tax payer in the town.
