Wonder if the same reasoning will be applied to the One Life Centre ... wasn't it only originally planned with restricted opening hours?

I think One-Life has already settled into the local culture as a glorified GP service and as a centralised location for the various clinics with a first-aid centre bolted on. There's a new recommended official policy for anyone with a more serious or urgent requirement - pray.
All that money - £20m wasn't it - and they have to buy fans in the summer to stop the place overheating.
