Council have decided to give nursery places to 2 yr old good little earner  Council run nursery term time only what times will rifty nursury be open will there be after scool clubs early late finisher etc what about loss of income from rent that footprint what about cost of more nursury nurses etc sound like another cafe in the crem to me  or are we just going to see larger classes
