Glad to see some movement on this but it's difficult to see a sustainable plan that will work. Pity they can't put wheels on it and move it next to CCAD

Ditto..... the facilities look to be spot on, it's a glimmer of good news that it may be reopened..... my only caveat, is that non of the usual suspects dive into the funding stream, everything they touch turns into a nice little earner for themselves & their  relatives...... hopefully the HBC protocols on businesses requiring verifiable acounts & business records will be in place to stop it....... I ain't holding my breath though.
