Court action by the electric company has led to the bailiffs being called into Seaton Domes. The electric supply has been cut off and as a result, one of the domes has deflated. The domes are owned by Brian Morton who has seen similar action against the Hillcarter Hotel which he also owns.

Covenant money due to HBC of £887,000 has never been paid.
Diplomacy is the ability to tell someone to go to hell in such a way that they look forward to the trip.

Apparently, Morton has rigged up a portable generator to reflate the dome because there's a risk of the wind getting hold of it otherwise. Talk is he's been given two weeks to find £x000s. Now remember everyone, in Hartlepool this guy is classed as an entrepreneur though I fully appreciate that some people have another name for it.

Has the company been trading for 5 years.

Will a planning application be appearing for the land soon.

Will Brian's Range Rover be spending more time outside the Coral.

Will it be a tight race between him and Cranny to be businessman of the year.

Shouldn't joke but he would fit in as a member of the councillor mob.

Cranney is all bluff.
Cranney threatens old women but lacks the  courage to follow through his threats.
All pi*ss & wind
Morton has form for delivering blows .

He could have asked Lying Ste to inflate it, he could have done it after his workout at the gym, with all his hot air it wouldn`t be a problem for him  :D

Ha! Ha!

( not that I didn't believe you ;-))

A bit comical, really.

The electricity was cut off and so the domes gradually started to deflate. The Police then started to panic thinking that if the wind got hold of the deflated structure it could end up anywhere and with so many pylons around from the power station there was a mad flap to find a mobile generator.

..... only in Hartlepool  ::)

And the dozy sods could not spend it quick enough even before they even had it in the bank.  I told them to wait and was attacked for it, I bet the dozy sods wished they had listened to Geoff Lilley.

Even Stubbs was happy for them to spend it

That was money that should have been spent on main stream services, not pet projects and not to bail out Jacksons Landing.  Jackson Landing has cost HBC tax payers millions for what?

Hartlepool deserves better than this.

Easy swayed, be it the Rifty bus or a jolly adventure ...

Just look at those happy faces, how heart warming is that ;-)

Apparently they have to fix an internal fault and its all just scaremongering on social media  ::)

testing times

perhaps 'the internal fault' is Mr Morton's reluctance to pay bills  ;D
