In some ways I can empathise with Peter Devlins stance on protecting Council Officers & Elected Members, however, in the back of his mind he must be, by now be questioning the ethics, honesty and truth every time Dave Stubbs, some of his Officers or members of the Labour Party and their partners the Conservitives open their mouths.

I am absolutely sure that Mr Devlin needs no reminding that if he witnesses any attempts to cover up, falsify or legitimise or he himself attempts to cover up, falsify or legitimise what could be seen as inappropriate, unethical, criminal or morally wrong that he then understands his very own trust, career and future freedom may be in question.

I am led to believe after constant scanning of the Hartlepool Mail (almost, just almost showing a little  reprieve for calling the paper the Sheffield Echo), this forum that the following is ongoing:

1) The Manor Residents Association Police Investigation continues.
2) Legal sounding of unpaid wages from Manor Residents Association, HBC Sponsored from more than one individual that remains unpaid as a judgement.
3) A scheduled court case alleging fraud against a former and well defended Cllr, Cllr Wilcox by his own advise and letter.
4) Complaints of alleged corruption against 3 named Cllrs in the press, possibility of others along with Council Officers.
5) Repeated public cry's from Elected Members and highly vocal residents for the standing down of the Mayor and other Cllrs.
6) Dave Stubbs going public in the press with a weak but obvious attempt to stop democracy taking place, and stop those "having a go" at his chosen party.
7) The Mayor hiding his sacking for Gross Misconduct in a Trusted Position, and then claiming whistle blowing.
8 ) The Council Leader and Mayor (and possibly others) attempting to silence the local medias.
9) Cllr Beck speaking for himself (badly) & the Mayor, denying them as being trustees within the Manor Residents Association when proof in a produced email confirms their false denial.
10) Cllr Cranny offering out other Cllrs in public, attracting a flood of complaints arriving.

I have ran out of steam, probably as fast as Peter Devlin will when his actions are themselves brought in to public question.

Feel free to add to the list as I am told that Niramax Borough Council, its Labour/Tory Councillors and its Officers including the head press man are constantly monitoring.

Oups forgot to mention 11) A Police investigation in to alleged corruption of Cllrs and no doubt the word of select Council Officers, prompted by one of the towns local medias.

Re Niramax, I understand they may be going to fund a big revamp of Rossmere Park from its landfill community fund.

If this happens I'll be very pleased, however, you can bet your bottom dollar the Comrades will spin this as a Labour project.

Why does Lord Elpus call them Comrades, when I mentioned socialism was one step removed from communism It was thought obsurd, I believe peter devlin to be doing his best, but people must remember the officers are public sector employees,  and are therefore  more closely allied to the Labour party, likewise the NHS  is a public institution and many invariably vote Labour, as do many on welfare, its not rocket science to figure it out it's votes you see, im not saying you shouldn't vote labour it's your choice, after all isn't that what all those poppys in London were all about.

Yep, the landscaping will consist of large raised grassy areas and filling in the lake !

I am waiting to see signs on the A19 directing people to 'Nirapool'.
No relation to Whattheheck from the mail !

Beans the term "comrades" is not confined to socialist or communists. Have you never heard the term " comrades in arms" used in relation to the British armed forces for example? Now that's all for today tomorrow we can do some adding up.
