Unfortunately, people who do not use Facebook and do not have an account (for whatever reason) are unable to read the comments on articles posted over there. Only the main posts are visible, and I don't believe there is any workaround for that, beyond making an account...

Thanks for the clarification - it
is a public group but didn't realise that comments weren't visible to those who don't have Facebook accounts.
Parking charges have ruined the place. Never go near it now.
