Where are the jobs?

I see the Mail has followed HTH's lead through its story on the ghost ships but both stories have the same message i.e. the unrealistic promises made to us all of additional jobs. I've also noticed that Tees Valley Unlimited has developed the habit of talking about 'securing' existing jobs rather than bringing in 'new' jobs.

Considering the costs of this organisation, I think the public are entitled to ask what Tees Valley Unlimited is bringing to the table that wouldn't have happened anyway if they didn't exist.
