Hartlepool needs the Labour Party, but a clean Labour Party free of the toxic gang that exists.

Well thats one view point. Perhaps the town does but the reality is in Hartlepool there IS no labour party.

What needs to happen...and has been suggested many times..is for local, regional,national media/press to pick up on some of the valid concerns/issues/evidence to be found here and REPORT it.

For example BBC inside out or a similar program. You have a vile self serving cabal of morons running a decent town elected in to the roles because, as you eluded to, there are no decent candidates running for clowncil roles ( well other than a few independents ) and some people in certain wards would elect a dust bin if it was the labour candidate.I can't imagine any Labour supporter with any self respect who has labour values running to become part of this gang.

Maybe if real evidence was researched and presented- and clowncillers challenged about their activities then sufficient members would bottle it and resign giving others a chance.

There is a lot of evidence on here some of it serious probably worthy of the police attention

Someone who lied and claimed he was at funeral to take time off to attend a clowncil bash, then lied and said he was too sick to attend his own employment hearing - but at the same time was at a clwoncil meeting? Deception?

Someone who lived with above person and was at the clowncil bash- Aid and abet?

The mother of the above two receiving a brand new clowncil bungalow despite being provided with a flat and having her own house? Abuse of Authority

Someone who declared he was involved in MRA going as far as to be interviewed in Mail stating he was resigning then standing up and being videos claiming he had never been involved- after a clownciller who was involved was jailed for theft and deception. Making False statements?

Councillers with no other sources of income ( well declared) other than clowncil allowances living well beyond their means- surprised HMRC have to turned their attention to this.- Take a wild guess...

A person with 50 failed businesses behind him who a judge advised should not be running any businesses ( to put it politely) being put in charge of a multi million pound fund. - incompetence on the part of the clowncil

A woman who doesn't drive and doesn't live in Seaton Crewe deciding without any form of public consultation to effectively destroy the local economy and implement parking charges.

...and so on, there must be enough there to prime a decent investigative journalist or reporter.

You are obviously knowledgeable of, or are involved in, the press and media? Perhaps you know people who would pick this up, especially on the run up to an election?

Or is this being avoided by a large portion of the media to prevent "Labour" the SCabinet loosing Hartlepool?

I just don't get the echo bit ??..... new people join the post and are totally in the dark about what goes on with the ruling coalition, so yes things do get repeated, an example of how little Hartlepool residents know about the councils shenanigans.

What you seem to have missed in your echo comment is the fact that the miscreants themselves conveniently forget what they have been up to, does anyone really think that Lying Ste gives a nano second of thought to his despicable and spurious claims of the mis-treatment of vulnerable adults, of course he doesn't, does Craney ever reflect on his disgusting comments to an elderly lady, pound to a the pinch of pig s**t that it never enters his dome or Raymondo's £2 million 'Quick Flip' nahhhhhhhhhh never gives it a thought, in fact he still projects it as a positive result.

All dark periods in history need a light shining on them on a regular basis, no different with the LabTor history.

Harry gave himself away on literally his first post as Steely Dan, in which he made reference to someone being a low achiever. Anyone who has been on the receiving end of Blackwood's rants over the years (which is most people in Hartlepool and surrounding areas) will have recognised that as a 'Blackwoodism' straight away.

He regards his life's work as 'high achievement' and by comparison, anyone who has NOT been sacked by a local newspaper and/or has NOT got an average sized house outside Blackhall, must be a failure.

'Steely' joined the forum on November the 3rd, I myself finally got around to bothering to call him out over it 9 days later. But anyway, whatever, Blackwood will do what Blackwood will do.

To the broader point about The Hartlepool Post, let's not forget there have been at least 10 people elected to Hartlepool Borough Council who have been inspired/influenced/motivated, call it what you will, by this website and the forum.

I KNOW for a stone wall fact there are current LABOUR councillors who are in that chamber now, because of frustration and anger they became aware of via the Hartlepool Post. It's no secret there's a two pronged attack on the SCAB cabal. The obvious very public one from myself, Paul and others, and the 'sleeper cells' gradually infiltrating the Labour group for when the dominos finally do fall.

And the WILL fall Christopher, they always do.

I myself, along with others, sometimes get very frustrated with those that I'm referring to as the 'sleepers', but I understand some of their reasoning. There is a difference between those who ARE silent in the Labour group (because they're happy to do what they're told and pick up the money and have their phone contracts paid), and those who are opting to be silent until the right time.

As I say, BOTH of those types frustrate me, but one more so than the other.

Let's also not forget, this website, no matter what the official line from HBC might be, WAS responsible for helping to jail a corrupt Labour councillor.

I'd also point to the correlation in the decline of the Labour vote in Hartlepool, and the length of time this website has been in operation. The early hours of June 9th might, just MIGHT, be very interesting.

There are 3 printed publications in Hartlepool that I know of: Hartbeat, The Hartlepool Mail and Hartlepool Life.

The Post was specifically set up to counter-balance the tax-payer funded propaganda in Hartbeat and the Hartlepool Mail's relationship with HBC's Spin Department which was far too close to be healthy. The Mail was and continues to be all too willing to copy/paste the council's press releases verbatim without question.

In some ways, Hartlepool Life is even worse with it's up front, declared intention of only ever printing good news stories - a missed opportunity that I'm certain that it will come to regret.

The one thing I will say is, for all the existence of these three printed publications, people would never have known about Wilcox and Manor Residents, of Cranney's Mountain and his 26 failed companies, of SAB's sacking at Newcastle, Beck's cowardice and lies, the secret meeting between CAB and the Wynyard Developers that preceded the scrapping of the local plan, Carpetgate and a whole host of other things without the existence of the Hartlepool Post . . . and it's interesting, for all the plethora of local Facebook sites, just how much of their space is given over to matters raised on this site.

If that's being 'negative' then so be it. We'll stop being 'negative' when there is no more wrongdoing left to expose.
