The true level of competence of HBC Senior Management will become clear over the next few weeks. So to Alistair Rae and his mates in Room 101 who are perhaps already preparing the Press Releases in the hope of limiting the damage, I say forget it - we already know all about it and if you don't play it straight, we'll do it for you.

What's more, if you think you are going to get away with dumping everything on a bullied, more junior officer while the real people responsible are promoted into lucrative positions at Adult Ed or allowed to disappear to Rotherham without further comment then think again.

Economic Regeneration Department, plenty of lower level 'chiefs' in there that could be set up to take the blame.  Alhough I would imagine there's already someone in the line of fire.

Will this be another scandal that takes as long as the MRA, Niramax etc. to get investigated successfully?

In terms of 'Investigations' HBC appear to follow the Ostrich Principle, there are a number of examples of that, MRA, WC/NE, Phoenix Centre, Mayoral Lying, Mayoral Chains, Misogynistic Abuse.
It doesn't inspire any confidence in the financial or disciplinary processes within the Kremlin.
