Just a thought on this document which appeared on my doormat in the last few days.
Quite apart from the vagueness of the content - I don't know who put this document together but, from a design point of view, it is bloody awful.
The sheer amount of meaningless text would likely put anyone off actually reading it.

A few well placed 'bullet points' would have been far more effective in getting the message across; if indeed there is a message beyond the meaningless, vague piffle that this document contains. This is a leaflet written by someone who didn't know when to stop.

I have a suspicion that person is no less than CAB himself whose frequent and obvious arrogance fits in nicely with what looks like an attempt to treat us all to four A4 pages of his personal opinions.

I'm reminded of Thatcher's famous quote: "Everyone is entitled to my opinion."

They don't seem to care in which direction the car  is being driven as long as they're in the driving seat...... the town isn't just stood still, it's politically constipated.
What can be asserted without proof,
can be dismissed without proof.
