Another example of how the system really works; this time involving useless Head Teachers. In the real world, people who are no good at their jobs tend to find out in a very direct way but identifying bad head teachers also tends to shine a spotlight on the inadequacies of those who recruited them in the first place. So let's do it quietly, in an amicable way and in a way that doesn't create too many waves - even if it puts people who have shown themselves to have no idea how kids should be taught in the absurd position of judging how others do it.
