Now if THAT doesn't tell our barrister friend all that stinks to high heaven regarding the self-serving morons running our council...nothing will.   

However, I still feel we will receive a,
"The Councillors admit certain aspects could have been handled better.
They have taken the points on-board raised by Mr Mitchell and every effort will be pursued to ensure nothing like this happens again.
They all look forward to serving the people of Hartlepool as usual, especially the deserving residents of Owton Manor and West View.
A new charity has been set up to ensure the latest £500,000 grant is spent in the best way possible.
To this end, 6 councillors have removed themselves from the stresses of the council chamber and booked rooms in Slaley Hall Hotel, where they hope to thrash out the grant allocation particulars."

No the wonder they ensured the inquiry would be hog tied by keeping costs to £20,000.

      You honestly couldnt make this stuff up........But then..... Maybe the brainless morons are using their positions as councillors to try and generate publicity for the town?....... And being incapable of doing anything for the good of it, they are simply following the old Andrew Oldham philosophy that there is no such thing as bad publicity.......................But then maybe not
