The word on the street is despite the breach of GDPR guidance and the cold calling, Eileen Kendon got the Hart nomination over the SCAB candidate 13-0. In the sense there was NO SCAB candidate. They either couldn't get one, or knew they'd lose so didn't bother. What's that Bob Dylan song again?

Are you sure it ain't aileen Kendon, seems in the past the name comes up about anti social behaviour and the problem with it.

A councillor is an elected representative of their ward, not their political party!
Councils need communities but communities don't need councils
Party politics have no place in local goverment

So no word on Councillor Jean Robinson...and whether she is well enough to carry on with her councillor responsibilities?  Another by election in the Hart ward could possibly see two Independents elected, plus the one already!  More bad news for HCLP and the SCABS! ;D

Aileen Kendon has been noticeably gearing up for a campaign by taking every opportunity to post on a Bishop Cuthbert residents' page on FB.
