This is where your money is going - on consultants. You have to wonder why we are paying Directors and Assistant Directors such exorbitant salaries when all they do is off-load any actual work to outside consultants. I believe Damien Wilson is on about £88,000.

Note the artists impression on the left showing the Tees Wind Farms in the background which tells us that the original plan was for Seaton and not Trincomalee Wharf which fits in with the funding application to the Coastal Regeneration Fund. Did someone decide not to spend the money in a ward with 3 non-Labour councillors and switch to one where all 3 councillors are labour?
